Magic of Christmas is an immersive interactive experience brought to you by 1D Studios, the Ottawa based film and entertainment company. It features a holiday inspired indoor walkthrough created and designed by film industry professionals inspired by but not exclusive to various Holiday movies both famous and local made. The walkthrough culminates with a chance to take photos with Santa Claus.
The experience itself runs on average 20 minutes, although the length of time could be longer depending on the speed of individuals traversing through. We also have a Christmas garden waiting area with beautiful photo opportunities as well as a concession stand/ gift shop area which are not technically a part of the experience itself (and add time). The experiences culminates with a Santa photo opportunity. Please keep in mind depending on the time you arrive that there may be an additional waiting time to enter the event or to get photos with Santa upon completing the walkthrough.

You can change the day and time of your ticket booking through the Change Time link in the confirmation email sent when the original purchase was made.
The 30 minute time slots are meant to space out guests arrivals and are a way of keeping track of how many guests we are expecting per half hour. These time slots do not mean you will only spend 30 minutes for the entirety of your visit, so please allow yourself extra time outside the time slot window you have booked for your visit.

Magic of Christmas runs on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays beginning December 5th , 2025 and ending on December 21st. Please reference the ticket calendar upon purchase to view all available dates and times for your visit.
We are open Fridays from 3pm - 9 pm & Saturdays/ Sundays from 10am - 7pm.
Please note that on Friday, December 19th we close at 8pm for a special event .
We encourage dog owners to come in to get their photos with Santa on Saturdays & Sundays from 5pm-7pm.
We ask you show up at or just before your scheduled event time. Reminder there will still be a waiting time before entering but all of our waiting areas are designed to be enjoyed and are part of the experience.
